Michael Kloss

Michael Kloss is a partner and agile coach at Conciso GmbH. A trained computer scientist, Michael has been working with agile methods since 2006 and now supports teams and organizations in the realm of continuous improvement. He assumes various agile leadership roles and is very familiar with the demands placed on people in new working environments. Michael has combining agile coaching with motive-based personality diagnostics for more than five years. Thanks to his knowledge and experience, he is able to drive forward technical product development and generate features, functions and services able to enhance customers’ digital experience.
