‍Certification Program

Module 1 - Your ID37 Profile

Approx. 1.5 hours

Prior to the training, the ID37 instructor, your trainer, conduct a personal ID37 analysis with you in order to make you aware of your motive architecture and drive structure. This then allows you to reflect on this information in the context of their professional role.

Module 2 -  ID37 Master Certification

Online trainings are conducted in 4 by 4 hours sessions

Basics of motivational psychology: How motives, motivation and behavior function:

• What is personality?
• Motives as a driver for behavior
• The power of emotions

ID37 Personality Assessment

How to describe and assess personality based on the 16 life motives

• In-depth insight into the theory of motives, based on the findings of the University of Luxembourg, as well as on background research.
• Effect and impact of the individual personality in daily life and in work processes.
• Analysis of personality profiles based on case studies.
• Understanding the interaction of motives in individual contexts, identifying behavioral patterns.
• Usage formats and areas of application: Employee management, leader-
  ship, teams, agile working environments.
• Holistic self-direction: Effective self-management.
• Structuring the assessment session and training for this process.

Module 3 - Retrospective: Your first weeks with ID37

2-4 weeks following module 2, approx. 4 hours

Retrospective:

• First impressions and 'real life' experiences
• Conducting a 20 min. assessment session
• Discussing sample profiles
