Sylke gets you fit for the future worlds of work
Sylke Schliep is a trained business economist. As an expert for personal and organizational development, she brings 25 years of consulting and coaching experience to the core team at ID37. Sylke’s consulting expertise includes health issues, self-direction and self-guidance, as well as the development of resources for these fields. She gets clients ready for the working environment of the future by combining systemic coaching-derived approaches with innovation methods drawn from life design coaching. Motive-based personality diagnostics have been an integral part of her work for more than 15 years, and she has assessed and evaluated more than 500 profiles to date. Sylke co-designed the program and the training formats for the ID37 Campus and supports ID37 Masters with her in-depth knowledge.
