Sebastian Neus is a partner and managing director of Conciso GmbH. Trained as a computer scientist, he has acquired first-hand knowledge of operations at various organizations over the last 20 years, thanks to his different roles, ranging from software developer to requirements engineer to product owner and agile coach. Today, he advises companies undergoing digital transformation as an agile coach. Sebastian has founded several companies with ongoing market success.
