Christoph, an advocate of the science behind personal development
Prof. Dr. Christoph Kemper led the development of the ID37 personality model and test at the Institute of Cognitive Science and Assessment at the University of Luxembourg. Thanks in large part to his work and collaboration with Dr. Jan Dörendahl, people from all walks of life now have an innovative, evidence-based personality diagnostics tool that allows them to better understand themselves as they cultivate mutual respect in their interactions with others. Eager to explore opportunities to implement and advance his research findings, Christoph engages in coaching and consulting alongside his academic pursuits. As our sparring partner, he examines each new mode of application from a scientific perspective and identifies new ways forward in the field.
