Anlässlich des 12. Deutschen Diversity Tag, der unter dem Motto #StimmefürVielfalt von der "Charta der Vielfalt" initiiert wurde, widmen sich zwei Expert:innen für Diversity, Equitiy, Inclusion & Belonging dem Thema "Sexismus: erkennen, benennen, stoppen!" Im ID37 Online Panel teilen sie ihr fundiertes Wissen, diskutieren über den Kampf gegen Sexismus und sprechen über das Erleben von Mehrfachdiskriminierung.

Clemens Krebs, Diversity Experte, ID37 Master und Mitglied des ID37 Kernteams, führt als Gastgeber durch das Gespräch. Seine Gesprächspartnerin ist Magda Stega, TEDx Speaker, Diversity Expert und HR Consultant. Magda berät Unternehmen wie Grammarly, Zalando und SWAROVSKI bei der Gestaltung von trans-inklusiven Arbeitsplätzen. Sie unterstützt dabei, inklusive, wertschätzende und sichere Umgebungen für Menschen aus verschiedenen marginalisierten Gruppen, einschließlich der LGBTQ+ Community, zu schaffen. Magda wurde in Polen geboren und lebt inzwischen in Berlin. Als trans Frau ist sie neben Sexismus weiteren Diskriminierungen ausgesetzt.

Why it's worth it

On the occasion of the 12th German Diversity Day, two experts on diversity, equality, inclusion, and belonging will discuss the topic of „Sexism: see it, name it, stop it!“ At the ID37 online panel, they’ will share their in-depth knowledge, discuss the fight against sexism, and discuss the experience of multiple discrimination.

Clemens Krebs, Diversity Expert, ID37 Master and member of the ID37 core team, will be hosting the conversation. His guest is Magda Stega, a TEDx speaker, diversity expert and HR consultant. Magda advises companies such as Grammarly, Zalando and SWAROVSKI on designing trans-inclusive workplaces. She supports creating inclusive, appreciative and safe environments for women and people from various marginalized groups, including the LGBTQ+ community. Magda was born in Poland and now lives in Berlin. As a trans woman herself, she faces sexism and other forms of discrimination.
