Thomas Staller

Thomas Staller is managing partner and the man who initiated the ID37 Company. Trained as a mathematician, Thomas is the visionary behind the company and its key strategist. He manages our business development, works with partners to devise new business models and tailors ID37products and services to fit clients’ needs. He has more than 15 years under his belt as a pioneer in the field of motive-based personality diagnostics. As managing partner, he managed the successful rollout of the Reiss MotivationProfile in Europe and, together with the University of Luxemburg, he co-developed the LUXXprofile and the ID37 personality assessment. As an expert on motivation, personality and behavior, Thomas is a much sought-after speaker and coach.
