I have been working as a certified coach (EASC/DCV) and trainer for various companies and medium-sized businesses for more than 15 years and have gained insights into various sectors (public institutions, administrations, retail and wholesale trade, construction industry, larger craft businesses, pharmaceuticals/chemicals, etc.).
