Leadership development
My experience as entrepreneur with more than 10 years in coaching and training are based on the competencies from my master's programme of change management and behavioral economics. With my degree in business psychology and as a certified business coach I am combining my skills with current findings in brain research and state-of-the-art methods of positive psychology.
In my work, I try to convey to my clients effective and easily reproducible models and methods as well as functioning systems whose effectiveness and sustainability have been multiplied in combination with cognitive neurosciences. My main objective is to deliver tangible and sustainably positive results for my clients which guarantee more work satisfaction, quality of live and contentedness.
Since mid 2019, I have been working with ID37 in personnel development projects in Russia and Kasachstan.
