I founded ID37 Company together with my partners based on the objective to enable people to live self-efficaciously.

We want to support everyone to take their lives into their own hands and develop alongside his or her personality and enable everyone to confidently act in challenging situations. The broad experience of our team in combination with state-of-the art technology enables us to offer digital services that are accessible, affordable and highly effective.

I am author of the book 'The ID37 personality assessment'. The book thoroughly introduces the underlying psychology, the scientific model behind ID37 as well as its practical application.

Trained as an business engineer I have been working at the interface between technological trends and innovation in organizations, i.e. in a startup company offering unified messaging services, a think tank of Deutsche Post as well as in the introduction of an innovative segmentation approach for neuroscience at Vodafone. Driven by the question 'Why do people buy certain brands?' I have professionally engaged with personality, motivation and behavior since 1996.

I am a communications expert  with more than 20 years experience of working in international organizations. I continue to consult clients applying human centric solutions for change culture in order to enable success in the digital transformation.
